PRACTICAL DETAILS

Format
Students are encouraged to present two-dimensional works, e.g. paintings, graphic arts, photography, or alternatively reliefs and wall sculptures. The chosen artist will be responsible for mounting the works, assisted by Embassy staff.

Fee and Expenses
The chosen artist will be offered £500 to cover basic expenses. The artist is responsible for the works and must account for extra accessories such as specific lighting equipment etc.
The Embassy will cover local shipping expenses for the works to and from the Embassy from a location within the UK.

Presentation
To accompany the exhibition, the artist is asked to compose a description of the exhibition. This text will be available on display in the exhibition area and accessible via a link to the exhibition on the Embassy website, together with the artist's CV and photos of the exhibit. The exhibition will also be announced at this blog and in the Embassy’s monthly cultural newsletter.
A private view will be arranged in the exhibition area. At this event there will also be an opportunity to do a Q&A.
