The winner of 'Frame Your Talent' is now found. The Embassy of Denmark proudly presents Janne Malmros, Danish art student at Slade School of Fine Art.
With a subtle awareness of materials and forms, Janne Malmros shows herself to be a talented and dedicated artist. With a strong, individual artistic language and a varying poetic weighting of different objects she uses assemblage and adaptation, combined with drawing and elements of photographic processes to create quasi-alchemical and "shamanistic" visions, in which investigations, experiments and installation play an important part.
Janne will be presenting her works at The Embassy of Denmark on 11 May 2009. Further information will be posted here at the blog soon.
